I am so glad you're here! Over the last 3 years, I have had the privilege of calling photography my job, and I am so grateful! Photography has taken me all over Minnesota, across the country from North Carolina's sandy beaches, to Arizona's red rocks to San Diego's sunny coast!
After working with hundreds of couples, planning my own wedding and editing my own wedding photos (so fun!), I have honed in on a process and style unique to me that best tells the story of your wedding day and takes out all the stress of booking, planning and posing. After beginning a career in nursing, I knew it was my God-given purpose to care for and connect with people in important moments in their lives. I spent years traveling and using photography to capture my adventures, so when I decided to bring my skills to capture couples, families and seniors, it was a no brainer! After shooting my first wedding, I knew I was in it for the long run. Photography allows me to combine my passion for serving other's and love for creating and being artistic. My Style
My approach to photography is simple. Tell your story by capturing the big moments and all the little sweet moments in between. I want to document your day without turning it into a photoshoot. There’s no retakes. This is real photography for real lovers.
Not just a photographer,
but a story teller
When I am not behind the lens, my husband and I are packing up our camping gear, our cat and my pour-over coffee maker to find a mountain to climb. We have a goal of climbing every highest point in each state. Besides traveling, I love cooking fancy meals for my loved ones, snuggling with my cat, playing board games and trail running.

My approach to films
I have two favorites! My first favorite is capturing vows or personal letters that you read to on another! Sav tears up pretty much every time (and ok maybe I do too on occasion :)). My second is guest reactions during the ceremony. When I catch someone wiping a tear or laughing at a funny part in your vows, it really brings you back into the moment, so you can remember how it felt.

I first knew I wanted to work with video watching home videos with my parents that they captured on their little handheld Sony camcorder. I've come a long way since then capturing hundreds of weddings and developing a technique to make each film unique and special for reach couple. Sav and I have a similar approach to weddings, to tell the story of your day. On your wedding day, I am focused on capturing you interacting with each other and with your loved ones. I approach your wedding days as though I am filming a documentary. Because I am. I am capturing the story of the day you said "I do" for you to share and rewatch for years and years to come!

We matched on Hinge due to a mutual love for Zion National Park and since then we haven't stopped adventuring and traveling the world together. Adam got down on one knee at Artist's Point in Grand Marais, and 6 months later we tied the knot at a small intimate ceremony in Sedona Arizona. We love getting to run our businesses together and capturing other people's love stories.
